Refund policy

  • Packages will be usually shipped within 1-3 days, for any delays we will personally reach out to you and feel free to email at (seasoning gmail)
  • Broken packages please take photo and we will reimburse or send a new package as soon as possible
  • In case of product that tastes spoiled or off, or has something else unusually wrong, please take picture, including batch information, and send it back via USPS as soon as possible (we will reimburse cost of postage)
  • Please remember that we are a small business that will sometimes have production delays and product sourcing issues despite our best attempts, especially when dealing with the blends imported from Africa. In case of unanticipated delays, we will contact you and offer with a refund or will be more than happy to throw in some extra goodies if you don’t mind waiting.
